Meet the Administrative Team

Mr. Bryson, Principal

Mr. Bryson is in his first year with Hamilton Local Schools. Bryson brings nearly a decade of school leadership experience and a deep passion for student growth, curriculum innovation, and community engagement. Originally from North Carolina, his journey in education began as a middle school social studies and language arts teacher before stepping into administrative roles in both North Carolina and Ohio. Most recently, he served as principal at Groveport Madison Middle School South in Columbus, where he led the school to a four-star progress rating. 

Mrs. Coalter, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Coalter has been with the Hamilton Local School District since 2001. She started as a 6th grade teacher in the "Old" Middle School building and then moved with the sixth grade team to the Intermediate School when it opened in the Fall of 2003. She taught multiple subjects there until 2012 when she moved to Hamilton Middle School to teach 7th and 8th grade intervention classes. In her time with HMS, Mrs. Coalter has also taught career exploration and math. This will be her third year as an administrator for the district.

Mrs. Coalter earned her degree in Education from Ohio Northern University, and received her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton.

A few fun facts about Mrs. Coalter: She is a former competitive swimmer and synchronized swimmer! She also has three boys at home!
